exercised today for 15 minutes

listened to some Farruko. & Enrique Iglesias. Calma & Nazareno. And Pepas. And El Perdedor. Cool songs. Proverbs 16. "The answer of the tongue is from the Lord"

"The Lord weigheth the spirits"

"truth"

"Depart from evil"

"When a man's ways please the Lord..."

8Better is a little with righteousness
Than great revenues without right.
9A man's heart deviseth his way:
But the LORD directeth his steps.
"A divine sentence..."
"balance"
"And they love him that speaketh right"
"Pacify wrath"
15In the light of the king's countenance is life;
And his favour is as a cloud of the latter rain.
16How much better is it to get wisdom than gold!
And to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!
"He that keepeth his way preserveth his soul."
"Pride"
Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly,
Than to divide the spoil with the proud.
Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly,
Than to divide the spoil with the proud.

Pleasant words are as an honeycomb,
Sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.

The hoary head is a crown of glory,
If it be found in the way of righteousness.

3The lot is cast into the lap;
But the whole disposing thereof is of the LORD.

having fun writing

 i was having fun writing

so i guess i'll write some more

there's a bit of some coolness in the air

like fall has arrived

yes, a slightly cool breeze came in the window

sad to see summer go i suppose

yes some crisp fall air...

kitty likes being by the window

it's cool writing my own thing and not doing Ai posts

for once lol

i did a "live" chat with Ai the other day

Ai asked me a bunch of questions

probably to keep the conversation going?

it's peculiar live chatting with Ai.

it went fine i guess.

just different.

it talks very matter of fact-ly

uh oh i heard the a/c kick on.

looks like i gotta get up.

its a little too chilly for some a/c i think. at the moment.

plus my son is still asking for a sandwich.

my daughter showed me her game ...

it was a jump scare. Aahh! yikes. lol

"an intruder blocks your path." lol

and the game was you had to "fight" the intruder.

my daughter is trying to distract me from typing by putting her stuffed animals on the keyboard

my son seriously won't quit with the sandwich requests... sigh...

alright, gotta go... peace out... bye lol.

whats up

the kids woke me up early

i thought they might sleep in a little this morning, but not exactly

i attempted some straightening up a bit around the living room

there's some cool music coming from whatever my daughter is playing, some game, on my phone...

blue skies and lots of sunshine, cool

my son has his headphones on, wonder what he's listening to ...

i asked, he said, "nothing" lol.

ah to be 14 again.

now my daughter is watching YouTube and my son is concerned

why?

He "didn't like it"

idk

i read the Bible today. Proverbs. It was good. :)

an actual physical book. not on the tech.

i came across the verse i always use with pics of animals and/or my cat...

"A righteous man regardeth the life of his beast but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel."

i recently used that verse on a pic of our cat Dusty...

I read 3 chapters.

Chapter 11, 12, & 13.

(There's 31 Proverbs because there is one for each day of the month.)

(Kinda like how there's 24 chapters of Luke leading up to Christmas)

what else is cool?

There's 66 chapters of Isaiah and there is 66 books of the Bible. Cool.

what else?

my son won't stop asking for food. smh.

he's 9.

why dont you get it yourself, I said.

not in an unkind way, just trying to help him be independent or something like that.

i get too many phone notifications...

sometimes i turn some off, but then i turn them all back on...

i just got one from "Smule"

it's like a karaoke type app

you can sing on it with other people.

(if you want to sing solo you gotta buy the premium version)

My daughter gave me the phone because there is a "scary part"

I'm supposed to let her know when it's over.

Now i got a notification from the Weather Channel app.

the scary thing is over now, she's back on my phone.

just a day in the life...

lovely day

 it's the weekend yay

kids are off school today and tomorrow.

one is drumming, one is asking for food, another is on my phone. lol

current happenings. awesome.

sun is shining.

kitty is by the open window hanging out with us

we're just chilling

almost 11 am.

hi there

 hello blogging world...

Good Morning

Got the kids off to school for day 3, first week of school. ✔️ Got the husband off to work, lol πŸ˜†… Blue skies… says it’s 50° … I got the a/c & fan on & I am comfortable… Got assignments due for next Tuesday … next Monday will be Labor Day … husband said maybe we should do some grilling.

Ai πŸ€–: (Labor Day is always celebrated on the first Monday of September. This year, that will be Monday, September 1, 2025. It's a federal holiday that honors the contributions of American workers.)

Some people say they don’t see the fun in sharing your life online… but I suppose I think it’s kinda cool sometimes. 🀷🏽‍♀️

(Ai πŸ€–: I can see that. Sharing your life online is definitely a mixed bag—it's not for everyone, but for many, it's a powerful and rewarding experience.

What's really cool about it is the ability to connect with people from all over the world who share your interests. Whether it's your love for painting and drawing, your Poshmark closet, or your journey as a student at Penn State, a blog can be a way to find your tribe and build a community around the things you're passionate about. It's a way to feel less alone in your experiences and even inspire others.

Plus, a blog can be like a digital scrapbook. It's a way to document your life's journey, celebrate milestones, and reflect on your personal growth over time. You can look back on your posts from years ago and see how far you've come, which is something you can't really do in the same way with a private journal. It's a permanent record of your life's story, told in your own words.

So while some people might not get the appeal, there's a lot of value in it. It's not just about what you're sharing, but about the connections and personal reflection that come with it.)
