It’s cold
Oh no, feeling cold is the worst! 🥶 Since I can't physically hand you a blanket, here are a few simple ideas to help you warm up quickly, especially if you're indoors:

* Warm Beverage: Make yourself a hot drink! Tea (especially herbal or spicy varieties), hot chocolate, or even a mug of warm water can help raise your core temperature.
* Move Your Feet: Since you have your walking pad, even a very slow, gentle walk for 5 minutes can generate significant body heat. If you don't want to use the pad, just marching in place or doing a few gentle stretches will help.
* Thick Socks/Slippers: Our hands and feet are often the first to feel cold. Putting on the thickest socks you own can make a huge difference in overall comfort.
* Give Dusty a Hug: If your cat, Dusty, is nearby and agreeable, cuddling up with her is a great source of instant warmth (and comfort!).
