Generosity

19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: 20but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: 21for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. 22The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. 23But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!

True Wisdom
24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Witchy

That sounds like a great idea for a Sunday! Since you're working on a Halloween-ish blog post with a striking dark forest witch image, let's conjure up something a little more mystical and focused on nature and art.

Here is a poem that channels the spirit of an artist witch in the forest:

The Digital Coven

The forest floor is soft beneath the screen,

Where shadows shift and colors intervene.

The koala watches from the quiet bough,

As ancient magic is translated now.

A silent focus, skill of hand and mind,

The canvas glowing, digital and kind.

With charcoal soft and stylus finely drawn,

A perfect image blooms before the dawn.

A twist of pink within a cloak of night,

A pixel spell cast in the morning light.

The brushstroke, quick; the final color deep,

While old world secrets the green branches keep.

So goes the work, both modern and of old,

A story-witch in charcoal and in gold.

How does that one feel for you? Hopefully, it captures that creative, mystical vibe!
